Llangedwyn

Identity + Website

Llangedwyn is a traditional village in the Tanat Valley, a mellow and magical stretch of North Wales. Llangedwyn Hall offers exclusive outdoor event space and holiday accommodation for individuals, families and groups. The brand uses archival images and typography to romanticise the history of Llangedwyn. Typography is inspired by traditional letter sets and the colour palette is rooted in ancient maps, drawings and diagrams. Characterful motifs, notation and styling are amalgamated with tree-related poetic imagery and illustrations in this one-of-a-kind brand. The result is an identity that feels beautifully rich and textured, but never over the top. Guests feel assured of Llangedwyn’s quality and comfort and become absorbed into the brand and its story.
